We will automatically confirm your order’s receipt and confirm the dispatch of the order by email. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order. Communications regarding new lines will be announced on social media.

Data Privacy

We do not share your data with any other company for any marketing purposes and will not do so. Information about you as a customer and the orders you have placed is held in our database. We can, if you require, supply a copy of all the data we hold about you and are happy to remove your details from our system should you request that we do so. You may receive notifications for delivery purposes only from our delivery partners, this information is not used by them for marketing purposes.

We do not store credit card details in our database, but our highly secure and reputable payment partners (Stripe and PayPal) may do so. 

We will not use your details for anything other than communication regarding your order or responding to an inquiry.

From 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 will apply.
The GDP will apply in the same scope in all European Union countries.
The RODO introduces a number of changes in the rules governing the processing of personal data that will affect many areas of life, including the use of Internet services.

In this information, we present an abbreviation of the most important issues regarding the processing of your personal data, which will take place from 25 May 2018 in connection with the use of our website.

What are personal data?
According to the RODO, personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In the case of using our website – if no contract for the sale of the goods is concluded, and the goods are only viewed by the User or the User – such data is, for example, an e-mail address or IP address. Personal data may be saved in cookies or similar technologies (eg local storage) installed by us or our Trusted Partners on our website and devices that you use when using our services.

The basis and purpose of personal data processing
The processing of personal data requires a legal basis. The RODO provides for several types of such legal grounds for data processing, and in the case of using our services, there will be, as a rule, three of them:
1. the necessity of processing for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party. If, therefore, we conclude a contract with you, we can process your data to the extent necessary to implement this contract.

2. the necessity of processing for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party (example your address to the delivery company). This basis for data processing refers to cases where their processing is justified due to our justified interests, which includes, among other things, the need to ensure the security of services, improve them and match your needs and convenience.

3. voluntary consent to the processing of personal data. It is mainly needed when marketing services are provided to you by third parties and when we provide such services to third parties. To be able to show ads that interest you (e.g. a product you may need), advertisers and their representatives must be able to process your data. Expressing such consent is entirely voluntary and you do not have to express it if you do not want to. We do not give out your information to such companies, never have and never will.

Your data, as part of our services, will be processed only if we or any other entity that processes data is one of the legal bases allowed by the RODO and only for the purpose adapted to the given basis, as described above. Your data will be processed until the basis for processing is available – that is, if the consent is granted until it is withdrawn, limited or other actions restrict your consent, in the event of the necessity of the data to perform the contract – for the duration of its execution, the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator – until such a legitimate interest exists. If you understand this you are a better person than I.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Administrators
The administrators of your personal data will be Cheecolicious, as well as trusted GDPR compliant 3rd parties, entrusted with your details in order to fulfill your order.

Data transmission
Your data will be processed by Cheecolicious and Trusted Partners, if you give your consent. In any such case, the transfer of data does not entitle the recipient to any use of them, but only to use for the purposes clearly indicated by the entity from the above or Trusted Partner. Data transmission usually takes place in the case of cooperation with a subcontractor or a service provider.  In any case, the transfer of data does not release the transferor from the responsibility for their processing.

Cookies
On our website, we use technologies such as cookies, local storage and similar devices for collecting and processing personal data and operational data in order to anonymously analyze the traffic on our site, with the view of aiding future business decisions, and bringing you products which you love and making sure we dont stock up on things that are hated. Cookies are IT data saved in files and stored on your terminal device, i.e. on your computer, tablet, smartphone etc., which the browser sends to the server every time you access a website from this device, while you visit various websites on the Internet.

If you consented to the processing of data, you can withdraw it at any time.  You also have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to transfer data, express objections to data processing and the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority – GIODO.
